It comprises a mixture of self-contained offices and open-plan desks. The rent is £399 per desk per month ex VAT (or £199 for a desk-share). This includes everything: reception staff, unlimited high-speed broadband, meeting rooms, IT support, daily cleaning, furnishings, air conditioning, breakout areas and 24 hour access/security. There are no extras or hidden charges. CREDIT CRUNCH NOTE: the first ten open-plan desks we let are reduced by £50 per desk, per month, guaranteed for the next six months.
