The Serviced Office property itself is supported by a single communications provider (Daisy Communications) providing both telephone and broadband connections. Each office has 10 double power sockets and eight double communication sockets. We are able to adapt the offices to suit your needs up to 10,000 sq ft. The Blackburn Serviced Offices are fitted with emergency lighting, fire alarm system and first aid equipment. Access for tenants is 24hr so in order to maintain a high level of security on the premises we have 24 hour CCTV coverage and security. Each tenant has a key fob to gain entry to the building and their Serviced Office, and as an additional security feature each wing is alarmed. Each area of the building has been designed with consideration to disabled tenants. Our reception team will greet and announce your visitors, sort and receive parcels and deliveries on your behalf and can answer the phone in your name and take messages when you are out of the Office.
