A full time receptionist is provided to answer incoming telephone calls, meet visitors and provide daily collection and distribution of mail and parcels. There are two lifts, a breakout area and meeting room for up to 16 delegates available as well. As well as offices within the centre, Riverside Court can also offer virtual office services ranging from an individual postal address to providing an IP telephone to take home (providing you already have a broadband line installed at home). This will enable the receptionist at Riverside Court to answer telephone calls in your company name and then forward to your home office, voicemail or mobile - ideal for the home office or salesperson out on the road.
