Serviced Office Description
The serviced office suites offer prestigious furnished accommodation with 24 hour access for the small business. Office suites are fully inclusive of rates, light and heat and are available in a variety of sizes allowing business users the flexibility to expand or reduce their business as conditions allow. Immediate occupation can be obtained without having to enter into long term lease and personal guarantees or incurring expensive legal costs.
Office suites are available under a licence agreement with a refundable deposit and rent being paid monthly in advance. One calendar months notice of termination is required, this being subject to a minimum period of occupation of 3 months.
The office suites are divided into two buildings adjacent to each other. One has free parking bays, the other has free parking in the street.
