Serviced Office Description
We provide first class serviced office accommodation and various other services within a modern and friendly building over 13,500 sq ft, providing security and 24-hour access. Our Leicester serviced offices are located near Frog Island, within walking distance of the City Centre, extremely handy for bus routes and we have our own large car park. Prospective clients are very welcome to come along and visit our premises. We base the cost of serviced offices on approximately 50 pence per sq. ft, per week which includes rent, rates, lighting, 24 hour access, security, reception and message service, office furniture as applicable (larger offices based on approx 30 pence) and car parking for a small fee. VAT is payable on all office accommodation and other services. The Reception is open between 08.30 hours and 17.00 hours but is quite often manned between 07.30 hours and 18.30 hours Monday to Friday. Your guests will be attended to in a professional, polite and friendly manner. Telephone calls can be answered and put through to your office - if no one is available a message can be taken and passed on to you. Daily post is held at Reception when delivered (usually around 08.30 hours). There is normally a second post around 11.00 hours. Post can also be left for collection from Reception before 15.30 hours Monday to Friday (franked postage available if required). When visitors arrive they will be welcomed and you will be informed, they can either wait in Reception or be directed to your office. For security reasons we do not allow people to wander around the building.
