Serviced Office Description
This 1930’s former extension of Shoreditch Town Hall has just been converted into a design-led, flexible, serviced office building. It’s one of the most environmentally friendly building of its kind with a living, green roof, rainwater harvesting, grey water recycling, solar-thermal heating, PIR sensor lighting and much more going on behind the scenes. The building has a fresh, contemporary finish blended with its original 1930’s art deco features. There are communal spaces on every floor, a large lounge area with Jurgen Bey Ear-Chairs, 7 meeting rooms downstairs and a large reception area. On the roof there’s a cedar-decked terrace with a barbecue and fantastic views over London. It’s located on Rivington Street, arguably the only street to be on in the ever-evolving Shoreditch, right next door to the Centre for Visual Arts designed by David Adjaye.
