Serviced Office Description
We can offer clients a total of 28,000 square feet of space, expanded over 7 floors and configured into small, medium and large serviced offices. All suites come fully furnished, with comfort cooling and excellent natural light. 24-hour access to the building is offered for all clients, enabling you to set your own office hours. The centre has a modern and welcoming reception area, which dominates the ground floor. There are also a variety of meeting and conference rooms available, with catering services and audio-visual equipment provided upon request. A range of broadband internet connectivity and services are also available e.g. shared internet access, hosting, unified messaging, firewalls, VPNs and technical support. Additionally, our IT network is supported by CAT5e cabling. The centre has an impressive range of facilities including modern telecoms systems such as VoIP as well as a professional management team, on-site during office hours to assist you. For added security, the centre has a CCTV system in place as well as a modern access and alarm system.
