Serviced Office Description
We can offer clients fully serviced offices with workshops in Wakefield. All serviced offices available on flexible terms with no legal costs. Business services are charged on a pay as you use basis, as well as on site car parking with excellent links to the M1 & M62 Motorways. If clients were to take a serviced office with us here in Wakefield we are currently offering FREE meeting room facilities and FREE parking. We also provide a range of add on services, which are optional and on a pay as you use basis, e.g.: Personalised Telephone Answering from as little as £5 per day, Reception service from 8.45 am to 5.15 pm included in the monthly rental, Secretarial and Administration services charged by the hour. Access to the centre is 24 hours 7 days a week, our offices range in size from 124 sq ft to 1500 sq ft. we have workshops which range in size from 900 sq ft to 4200 sq ft, and a self storage facility with 92 units from 25 sq feet, to 150 sq feet. We are located 5 minutes from Junction 39 of the M1 and 5 minutes from the city centre. We also offer a Virtual Office Service from £40.00 per month and our Meeting rooms are available to non-occupying customers from £15.00 per hour.
